Richard Carbuccia II, LPCC
Therapist
Rich Carbuccia has worked in the mental health field since 2014. Throughout his career, Rich has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment, outpatient programs, rehabilitation centers, and community mental health. These experiences have provided him with a broad understanding of recovery and the many paths individuals take toward healing and emotional well-being.
Rich utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy and believes individuals are more than their symptoms or struggles. He strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring challenges, building resilience, and developing practical tools for long-term recovery and personal growth.
Outside of work, Rich enjoys working on cars, tinkering with electronics, and running — activities that help him stay balanced, curious, and grounded.
