Priscilla Hardin McIntosh, a native of Shelbyville, Kentucky, graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is married and has two daughters.
In June 2009, while working at Mountjoy Chilton Medley, McIntosh began assisting The Morton Center during a period of financial hardship. By February 2010, she joined their staff as Chief Financial Officer, a position created specifically for her. In May 2012, the Board of Directors appointed her as Chief Executive Officer. Under her leadership, The Morton Center has expanded its services, including the introduction of an Intensive Outpatient Program for adolescents to address rising substance use and mental health challenges among teens.
McIntosh is a graduate of Ignite Louisville (2013), the 2024 Bingham Fellows program, and Leadership Louisville. She was recognized as a 2015 Forty Under 40 honoree, a 2016 Partners in Health Care alumna, and a 2018 Healthcare Hero. She is passionate about helping families overcome substance abuse.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Priscilla enjoys family trips, creating photo books, and baking.
Priscilla’s dedication to The Morton Center’s mission is deeply personal, as she, like many, has loved someone affected by addiction. This connection fuels her passion for creating a compassionate and supportive environment where individuals and families can find hope, healing, and recovery. Priscilla believes that through education, empowerment, and community, lasting change is possible—not just for individuals, but for families and the community as a whole.
