With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Kim joined The Morton Center in 2026 as an Insurance and Billing Specialist. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in insurance verification, billing operations, claims management, and helping clients navigate coverage and payment questions with compassion and professionalism.
Kim is known for her caring, detail-oriented approach and is committed to helping create a smooth and supportive experience for clients and families throughout the treatment process.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and pets, relaxing at the beach, and reading.
