Therapist

Jessie Sides has been an employee at the Morton Center since July 2024. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in psychology in 2011, a Master of Science in Justice Administration in 2014, and a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) degree in 2020, all from the University of Louisville. In 2020, Jessie also became a certified Targeted Case Manager.

Jessie began her career as a therapist in 2020, providing services to children, adolescents, adults, and families, specializing in mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Jessie has worked in various psychiatric, crisis stabilization, transitional, residential, and school-based settings. Jessie has also worked with the justice-involved, displaced, aging populations and individuals with disabilities.

Her role as a therapist at The Morton Center is allowing her to help clients achieve continued personal growth, emotional healing, and mental well-being while enabling them to lead more fulfilling lives.  Jessie understands that recovery is an ongoing process and believes in meeting individuals where they are.

Jessie enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling and working out. Jessie hopes to travel the world one day.
