Jessie Sides, CSW, LCADC, TCM

Therapist

Jessie Sides is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and Certified Social Worker (CSW) at The Morton Center. She brings a rich blend of clinical expertise, trauma-informed care, and genuine compassion to her work with individuals and families facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.

A proud Louisville native, Jessie earned all three of her academic degrees from the University of Louisville: a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Psychology in 2011, a Master of Science in Justice Administration in 2014, and a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) in 2020. In 2020, she also became a certified Targeted Case Manager and is now trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy for treating trauma and emotional distress.

Jessie began her clinical career in 2020, working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings—including psychiatric and crisis stabilization units, transitional and residential treatment programs, school-based environments, and with justice-involved individuals, displaced populations, aging adults, and those with disabilities.

Since joining The Morton Center in July 2024, Jessie has continued to support clients with a therapeutic style rooted in unconditional positive regard and a deep respect for each individual’s journey. She believes recovery is not a one-size-fits-all process and is passionate about meeting people exactly where they are.

When she’s not helping others heal, Jessie enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, and traveling. Her goal. To see the world—one passport stamp at a time.
