Clinical Partnership and Development Lead

Jaydee Graham is a Certified Social Worker, public speaker, and bestselling author of The Soul Grind and The Soul Grind II. A Louisville native, Jaydee earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Louisville’s Kent School of Social Work.

Throughout her career, Jaydee has dedicated herself to advocacy, healing, and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and restored. She co-founded The Show Up Movement, an annual women’s empowerment summit, and has served in numerous leadership roles—including as a member of the first Survivors’ Council of the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office, an assistant program director for single-parent families, and now as a member of Kentucky’s State Corrections Commission. She also previously helped launch Kentucky’s first in-home addiction treatment program as Business Development Manager.

In 2024, Jaydee was honored as one of Louisville Business First’s Forty Under 40. Today, she serves as Clinical Partnership and Development Lead at The Morton Center, where she works to expand access to integrated mental health and substance use services.

Outside of her professional work, Jaydee is a mom, a woman of faith, and someone who will never turn down a cup of coffee. She is passionate about people—their stories, their resilience, and the belief that no pain is wasted and no life is too far gone for hope.
