Eric Meyer, CSW, LCADC

Clinical Operations Coordinator

Eric Meyer has been part of The Morton Center team since August 2022 and was named Clinical Operations Coordinator in June 2025. He holds a Master of Social Work from Spalding University with a focus in clinical social work and addiction counseling, and is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). Eric is also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy for trauma and emotional regulation.

Eric’s role at The Morton Center is multifaceted. In addition to providing direct clinical care, he helps lead the Resource Center department—ensuring clients have access to essential services and supports during their recovery journey. He plays a key role in orienting clients to treatment, guiding them through program options, and reinforcing how structure and connection can foster lasting recovery.

Eric brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to his work. After entering treatment himself in 2012, he found his purpose in helping others navigate the path to sobriety. His approach is energetic, motivational, and rooted in the belief that everyone deserves hope and healing.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and playing video games—particularly Pokémon and Fortnite.
