Isabella Sparling

Intake Specialist

Isabella Sparling is a proud Kentucky native who grew up in Louisville and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance and Criminology from Western Kentucky University. Her interest in the recovery field began after family members shared their experiences with substance use, inspiring her to learn more about how she could support individuals and families impacted by addiction.

Prior to joining The Morton Center in 2026, Isabella worked as a case manager for nearly two years, where she discovered a passion for helping people navigate some of life’s most challenging circumstances. She particularly enjoyed advocating for clients’ rights and assisting individuals in understanding resources and protections such as FMLA and short-term disability benefits.

As an Intake Specialist, Isabella enjoys being one of the first points of contact for individuals seeking help. She is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for clients, helping them take the first step toward recovery and emotional well-being.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with her partner, Ben, and her dog, Gizmo. She also loves baking and is always looking for new recipes to try.
