Therapist
Gladys “Glad” Doggett, CSW, earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work in May 2024. During her graduate studies, she completed an internship on a U.S. Army military installation in South Korea, where she discovered her passion for supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and substance use.
Glad joined The Morton Center in March 2025 as a trauma-informed Clinical Therapist specializing in integrated behavioral health. She is especially passionate about working with clients who are new to therapy or seeking a fresh start. Her approach is grounded in empathy, education, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for change.
She meets clients where they are and helps them explore the areas of life where they feel stuck—offering support as they take steps toward recovery and emotional well-being. Glad is dedicated to helping her clients reconnect with themselves and their goals.
Outside of work, Glad enjoys reading, cooking, being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family.
