Madison Royster

Billing and Credential Specialist

Madison recently moved to Kentucky with her fiancé and two dogs. She migrated from Southern Illinois seeking better opportunities for personal and professional growth. She also owns her own business selling handmade, upcycled and personalized indoor and outdoor decor of all kinds, art and jewelry. She completed her certificate in Medical Billing in 2008. In 2019 she graduated on the Dean’s List with her Associates in Science Degree to be a Medical Administrative Assistant.

Madison joined The Morton Center in November 2023 as the Billing and Credentialing Specialist. She is excited to be a part of The Morton Center team. She brings over a decade of facility billing experience and is a huge advocate for improving the client experience everywhere she works. She is passionate about being a caregiver and advocates for many of her friends and family members. She starts each day repeating her mantra that was once said by JFK “One person can make a difference, and Everyone should try.”

When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her fiancé Joshua creating new art and crafts for their business. Her favorite times are with her pups Janis (after Janis Joplin) and Hamtaro (after her favorite anime Hamtaro). She is always up for a new adventure or for making new friends. She likes to dance, sing and laugh anytime the opportunity strikes!
